A secure storage unit with a tried and tested patented Lock and Leave High Security Double Door System. A fully welded structure with walls and roof manufactured from 1.6mm profiled steel, floor bearers from rolled steel channel, 18mm exterior grade plywood floor.
The Lock and Leave High Security Double Door System comprises of three patented invisible hinges to each door with maintenance free stainless hinge pins and nylon bushes. Double doors are manufactured from 3mm trayed mild steel coupled with door retainers. The left hand door is secured by shoot bolts fitted at the top and bottom of the door and is secured by an over lapping right hand door. The right hand door is locked into place by an internally mounted rotating bar fitted with four 10mm thick plates which clamp the right hand door. The handle that operates the right hand door is set into a steel lock box with a 3mm reinforced lid which slides to the left. It is locked into position with a 5 lever mortice dead lock. Finished inside and out with one coat high build vinyl paint system containing anti corrosive pigments. Valuable plant, tools and materials can be securely locked away on construction and remote sites.
Exterior can be painted in corporate colours.
